Remember Jimbo, one of the recent transfers to seek out a new life?  Well here he is with his new family, the Greve’s.  He joined them last week over Memorial Weekend to the excitement of the boys waiting for him.  A day on the farm….. then sleep for everyone.

VOLUNTEERS – Can you give any of your time to helping out.  Whilst we always appreciate dog walkers any day of the week, volunteering with us has many more opportunities.  We always need people to help out with the Thrift Shop, whether in the shop, collecting or sorting.  If you have an interest in books, we always welcome volunteers to help out in the Bookloft.  Fund raising events always require our volunteers in the preparation, set up and running, whether it is the gold star events like the Furball, early starts at the garage sales or animal handlers at the adoption roadshows.  If you are interested, please contact the Shelter by calling in, or by phone on 949 1461.
