Jude Scott receives the endorsement of Coalition For Cayman

Grand Cayman – April 1, 2013 Coalition for Cayman (C4C) today announced their endorsement of independent George Town candidate Jude Scott for the Legislative Assembly. C4C is a public awareness and advocacy group that is dedicated to electing independent minded leaders that will be accountable and free of partisan political ties.

“For as long as we can remember, Jude Scott has been leading the way toward a better Cayman Islands,” said C4C. “From his work as a successful business executive to the countless hours he has spent volunteering for various boards and non-profits, his intelligence and passion for Country make Jude the kind of respected statesman we need to unite the Cayman Islands toward common goals.”

Scott, a Certified Public Accountant, is a former partner of Ernst & Young and former Global CEO of

Maples & Calder. Prior to Maples & Calder, he served as the chairman of the board of Cayman Airways and on the Ministerial Council for Tourism and Development. Scott also has served on various boards and committees of the Cayman Islands Baptist Church, Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, Cayman National Corporation, Constitutional Commission,

Education Council, Financial Services Council, Hedge Funds Care and the National Recovery Fund.
