Easier access for Immigration Appeals clients

IMG_5368 Gov admin1As Government seeks to improve and enhance services provided to the public, the Immigration Appeals Tribunal (IAT) announced that they have opened a new kiosk on the ground floor of the Government Administration Building that began Monday 30th September, 2013.

Persons appealing Immigration decisions can drop off documents to the kiosk which will also provide a useful service to persons who currently have appeals pending with the IAT.  Customers will now be able to drop off additional documents, required submissions or check on the status of their appeal.

The desk will be open to the public every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

“The addition of this kiosk will improve the customer experience for all appellants and their representatives and also make the IAT easier to access” said Natasha Bodden, IAT Coordinator.  “Our goal is to ensure we provide the public with the most efficient and effective service so as to make the appeal process as seamless as possible.”
