Deloitte – a long-standing sponsor of the Crisis Centre – has reached out again, this time through the generosity of staff members who raised CI$878.00 for the Crisis Centre through their monthly ‘Dress Down Friday’ programme, monies that will go towards ongoing operational expenses of the Centre.

Ania Milanowska-Sedgley, Executive Director of the Crisis Centre, was grateful for the generous donation.  “Receiving donations such as these will have a direct impact on our clients. Not only have Deloitte raised a large sum of money but they have also increased awareness for our cause.  Both of these are equally important in our view as we need to let women know that there is help available to them.”

Nadia Hardie, who is responsible for coordinating Deloitte’s fundraising efforts, was extremely pleased to have raised the donation.  “Every Friday in August we collected donations from members of staff in an effort to raise both money and awareness for the many programmes that is offered by the Centre. We feel that by this donation we honour the bravery of the clients of the Centre.”
