All three men who appeared in court on Tuesday (17) also previously appeared in court accused of robbing Cayman National Bank branch in Buckingham Square on 28^th June.

Andrew Nicholas Burton, 27, of West Bay, George Eric Mignott, 23 from North Sound Estates and 32-year-old Joseph Tamesa from West Bay were charged with robbing West Star TV Ltd on Eclipse Drive off eastern Avenue, George Town on 24 May and stealing in excess of CI$8,000.

They were also charged with possession of an imitation firearm.

The men were denied bail by Chief Magistrate Nova Hall who transmitted the charges to Grand Court, where the men are scheduled to appear on Friday, 27 July.

WestStar TV confirmed since the robbery security at the Television Centre was stepped up and extra cameras fitted.
