Flags at Half-Mast for His Highness, the Amir of Kuwait

All flags, both the Union Jack and the Cayman Islands flag, will be flown half-mast at all Government Buildings until sunset today, 16 Saturday and Sunday, 17 December as a mark of respect, following the passing of His Highness, the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jabar Al-Sabah.
