Police found a U-Haul van with an Arizona license plate, drawing the attention of authorities, as it may be connected to Tuesday’s subway shooting in Brooklyn.

According to the Associated Press, the vehicle in question was initially discovered in the Gravesend neighborhood of New York City — roughly five miles from where an unknown gunman opened fire at the 36th Street station, shooting 10 passengers and injuring 18 others.

The following AP Tweet reads:

“BREAKING: Police found an unoccupied U-Haul van in Brooklyn matching the description and license plate number of the vehicle being sought in connection with the rush-hour subway attack in which at least 10 people were shot, a law enforcement official said.”

A bomb squad has also been sent to the scene of the U-Haul van, the AP reports.

The suspected gunman escaped from the subway shooting, but New York City police have already launched a manhunt search for the alleged shooter.
