The RICS Cayman Islands Property and Construction Conference returns with a focus on the Future of PropTech

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Cayman Islands Chapter is set to host its 6th conference on Friday 15th March at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman. 

This year’s theme the ‘Future of PropTech’ will delve into the forefront of innovation, discussing cutting-edge property technology and illuminating market trends that are shaping the Caribbean real estate landscape.

The Premier, Hon. Julianna O’Connor-Connolly, will attend the conference and deliver the opening remarks for the 6th RICS Cayman Islands Property & Construction Conference.

Andrew Knight, Global Data & Tech Lead at RICS, will deliver a keynote address. With extensive experience in property technology and data analytics, Andrew will lead discussions on AI’s Impact on PropTech Transformation.

Laura Birell, CEO & Co-Founder of Parallel

Laura Birell, CEO & Co-Founder of Parallel, will also present at the conference. As a leading authority on PropTech in the Cayman Islands, Laura will delve into local industry trends and opportunities.

The conference will also host a number of panel discussions and breakout sessions covering topics such as PropTech in the Cayman Islands, the role of AI & blockchain in property and construction, insights from industry pioneers on current market trends, real estate investing and property management systems, quantity and land surveying software and Cayman Islands government insights on lands and property
