RTA Digital information on corona virus (COVID-19)

From RTA

The Covid-19 outbreak was characterized as a pandemic by the WHO this week. You are probably well aware that the situation is fluid and dynamic and changes every hour. This outbreak will have a once in a generation impact on the world economy, political system and social fabric. We hope that the steps being taken today by world governments and health institutions are enough to mitigate the worst of the impact, although we begin to prepare for any scenario.

Please be assured that we are taking steps to prepare, and are continuously monitoring the situation so that your business is not negatively impacted. While we anticipate there will be an end to the current crisis, and it has thus-far not impacted our day to day operations and functions, it would be naive of us to believe it will not affect our business environment.

Consumables: We invite you to analyze your current consumable stock and check your needs for the next 90 days. While there have been no supply chain interruptions as yet, this might not be the case in the near future. Please reach out to your RTA Digital INC account executive to further discuss any concerns you might have.

Service: Various countries and governments have imposed travel restrictions in order to curb the spread of the virus. This might have an impact on our ability to service your equipment in person. We are also monitoring the health and well being of our employees and are restricting any unnecessary travel. We will tackle service requirements as they arise and analyze each case with the attention it deserves. We have a capable team of engineers at your service, and we invite your operators to migrate to a remote support service resolution scenario, at least in the month of March or until the travel restrictions are lifted.

In conclusion, we wish you, your employees, your families, and your countries come out of the current crisis unaffected and we invite you to monitor the WHO website for updates and news on the pandemic.
