Harbour Drive, between Fort Street and Cardinal Avenue, will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 13 February 2013 (Ash Wednesday), between 11.00am and 11.00 pm to facilitate a Mardi Gras function.

Water Cay Road will be restricted on Wednesday, 13 February 2013, from noon until midnight.

Local access will be permitted to residents only.

Due to the narrowness of the road and the need to keep access routes to and from the venue clear,  all motorists are asked to use the designated parking areas, where buses will be provided to transport people to and from the event.
