06 Jul 2023 – The third phase of ticket sales for the Olympic Games Paris 2024 opened on 5 July on the official Paris 2024 ticketing platform. The focus of this phase is on events taking place in the regions outside Paris.

During this phase, tickets will be sold in real-time on a first-come, first-served basis, without the need for prior registration or a draw. It is the first phase fully open to everyone, allowing individuals in France or abroad to try their luck and secure tickets for their preferred events.

Originally scheduled for late 2023, this sales phase has been brought forward due to the high demand experienced during the first two phases earlier this year. In just a few days, over five million tickets were sold.

This new phase presents an opportunity to witness the unique experience of the Games in different regions, alongside family and friends. For example, attendees can watch the men’s and women’s football tournaments, which feature a highly selective competition format with only 12 teams competing.

Tickets for the basketball and handball competitions in Lille will also be available, providing an opportunity to witness NBA stars up close.

The Paris 2024 ticketing platform, accessible from 5 July, will remain open until the Games in 2024.

Key dates for football, basketball, handball and sailing at Paris 2024

Football in regions outside Paris: 24 July – 9 August

Basketball in Lille: Preliminary phases from 27 July to 4 August

Handball in Lille: Final phases from 6 to 11 August

Sailing in Marseille: 28 July – 8 August

The commercial rules for ticket sales remain the same. Each ticketing account can purchase up to 30 tickets across all Olympic sales phases, including those that have already been purchased during the first and second phases.

Hospitality

The Paris 2024 hospitality programme is available to the general public and businesses. Offered by the official hospitality provider, On Location, these packages offer access to various Olympic Games competitions along with exceptional services such as hotels, transport, gastronomy and tourist activities. The packages can be purchased in real time on the official platform at hospitalitytravelpackages.paris2024.org.

By buying tickets or hospitality packages outside the official channels, the buyer runs the risk that tickets or packages will not be delivered to them or will be cancelled by the Organising Committee, in accordance with the terms and conditions. For Paris 2024, all buyers are informed that any unauthorised sale or re-sale of tickets outside the official channels constitutes an offence under French law.
