Police are currently investigating the daring raid at the CUC office on North Sound Road.

On Friday afternoon at 3.30pm two men entered the CUC Customer Service area armed with what appeared to be at least one hand gun.

The two men dressed in masks, threatened staff behind the counter and robbed an undetermined amount of cash before escaping in a waiting car.

There were no shots were fired in the raid and no injuries were reported.

The police responded and a search is now underway to locate the suspects and vehicle.

The matter is under investigation by the George Town Police Station CID.
