Merry Christmas From Miss Cayman Universe

‘Tis the season to count our blessings, remember how grateful we are. It’s been a difficult year for everyone in the world, and we cannot take for granted our immense privilege of living in Cayman.

This month, Miss Cayman Islands Universe Mariah Tibbetts took part in and attended a number of local events leading up to the Christmas season.

Intertust Cayman Islands MarathonSunday, 6th December was the annual Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon. Mariah assisted at the Cayman Islands Cancer Society’s water stop, handing out drinks to runners and cheering them on. The Cayman Islands Cancer Society (CICS) is our platform this year and we were delighted to be part of this.  Congratulations to everyone who took part in this race. Your strength and perseverance is inspiring.

Christmas at the CastleWe love visiting Pedro St James, and it’s particularly magical this time of year. Mariah spent the evening of Sunday 8th December singing carols, visiting Santa and enjoying the lights of the Christmas Tree.

Giving Back On Sunday, 13th December, we delivered gifts and groceries to over 35 families around the island in collaboration with local charity Lean on Me, for the annual Christmas food drive. We would like to extend a huge thank you to those who donated and helped spread cheer to less fortunate families in Cayman.
