Lindsay Fiduciary Services Opens Doors In Caymans

A Buckingham Fund Services alumnus has founded his own Caymans-based independent director and corporate services firm.

Alric Lindsay, along with Brett Feinstein (director) and Udo Baumgartner (associate), have established the Cayman Islands-based Lindsay Fiduciary Services.

An investment funds attorney who has worked with offshore magic circle law firms Maples and Calder and Ogier, Lindsay has advised hedge funds and their boards of directors on a wide range of issues including formation, listing of shares on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, CIMA registration, transfers by way of continuation, company deregistration, company dissolution and restructuring. He also worked as a senior compliance analyst with CIMA.

The new firm will provide independent directors to investment funds and act as a formation agent in respect of new company incorporations and registration of exempted limited partnerships. LFS also offers registered office and corporate secretarial services for Cayman investment funds.

LFS is licensed and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
