Lime launches pay-TV services in Cayman Islands

UnknownFrom telecompaper

Lime, the Caribbean business of Cable & Wireless Communications, has launched pay-TV services in the Cayman Islands. Dubbed ‘Lime TV’, the service is delivered over a broadband connection via a set top box, or connected device, to the customer’s home.

Customers can subscribe to Lime TV independently, or as part of a package including mobile, broadband and fixed line services. Lime will now offer quad play services in the Cayman Islands.

The Lime TV line-up currently offers over 120 basic and premium channels, including US networks ABC, CBS and NBC; movies, sports, lifestyle, news and children’s content. Customers can also subscribe to film and sports channels.

Lime TV also includes a Filipino channel, as people from the Philippines are the second largest group of foreign workers in Cayman. Lime has also signed an agreement with HBO to broadcast a special package of its channels including HBO Caribbean.
