Letter to Editor – Conspiracy & trumped up charges

EDITOR’S NOTE: WARNING. Many facts in the letter below are incorrect and the statements made are NOT the views of this media outlet.

Most of the paragraph concerning the RCIPS (3rd from end) has been removed by myself as, in my opinion, is libelous.

TRUMPED UP CHARGES ARE A CONPSPIRACY!

By ANON

Not so fast,

Based on the critical comments viewed in this forum it is obvious many participating are naive to politics and the sciences of politics.

FYI a high profile case of this magnitude can cost anywhere from $150,000 to $500,000, even close to $1,000,000 (a million dollars!)  Yes, the kind of lawyers Mr. Bush needs to hire to fight the RCIPS & the UK and also pay his local attorney to instruct them on what happened to Mr. Bush and what needs to be done; well, it won’t take a few pennies but hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

So before you point your gun at Ellio, understand the magnitude of a high profile case like this one where Mr. Bush will have to take the local government as well as the UK government to court. Why do you think the governor brought in that new Judge from TCI? It’s de ja vu.  All over again.

Remember the UK announced there was an investigation, so did the governor, and the RCIPS also announced the investigations confirming same. THEREFORE the RCIP, the governor, and the UK FCO are involved! Are you all so dumb that you don’t see this or are you deliberately denying the truth?

This is going to be the most interesting case of the century.

I think Bush will be a billionaire after this case is heard in court. The Brits are so cunning, crafty and cheap with money that they led us to believe that this is only an RCIPS investigation but that is a lie. The UK is involved up to their Necks! And their reason for denial of involvement is that they want to take a cheap shot at the premier by throwing a rock at the premier then hiding behind the tree; RCIPS taking the risk of losing the case against them paying out just only several thousand of several million dollars in compensation for damages to his character and his office as premier. But the UK is fully aware that a high profile case of this magnitude will require billions of dollars in compensation paid out of the UK public purse should the Premier prove his innocence in a court of law and that this is all prefabricated to take him out of office and stop him from running again.

The UK gave Greece billions of dollars in bail out monies. The UK gave Cayman nothing and never has, and never will, so why are they so involved in our affairs anyway?

You be the judge.

Cayman needs to seriously consider how to develop their internal and external security, and seriously consider independence from the UK. We need our own defense force This is a slave Master   white supremacy relationship where the UK can start an investigation on prefabricated or trumped up charges if they want to take out a premier from office that they particularly dislike or if the British governor does not favor him nor wants to work with him.

So before you criticize Ellio for a call to raise funds for the Premier’s legal fees, simply go to your history books and study and research just how the British treated the inhabitants and the leaders of governments in the colonies for centuries and how they kept the people divided and conquered.

“We need to seriously consider independence from the UK, and stand on our own two feed officially since we have been PAYING OUR OWN WAY ALREADY!  We are the envy of the world.  This slave master system of flooding our streets with white UK cops in attempt to intimidate the locals, who are predominantly people of color and keep them in their place under the guise of a need to hire more RCIP personnel so to speak, is a lot of malarkey! It is unheard of that an elected government cannot have autonomy over the local police. Our legislators cannot call up the Comm. of Police and tell him to send more police out on the streets to supervise traffic or other emergency teams to fight crime.  Why because only the governor has autonomy over our police. This is baloney, our elected government needs to have power over the police and be able to instruct them on what needs to be done where fighting crime is concerned in our communities. This is why electing people of honesty and integrity is so important to avoid corruption in government using the RCIP against those who oppose governments.

How can the premier be charged in a case that was already heard involving someone else wherein that person was fined and case closed? This is prefabricated with undo influence at work. Just think about that Comm. Baines is already enjoying the luxury of a dictator with no one to answer to; not even the elected government!  This is absolute nonsense, and it is NOT RIGHT, and it is misappropriation of power to allow a mere Comm. of Police who is a civil servant to have so much power he should answer to the premier and the cabinet. And the elected government all l5 – 18 of them! We are too far behind and this is a draconian system that is hurting us. We must change it.

It is time to amend and change the aspects in the constitution where the police are concerned, our tax dollars pay them, and therefore they must answer to the elected government.

We should be very concerned to have a large number of law enforcement officers of any one demographic complimenting the RCIP, there needs to be a check and balance where the numbers from each demographic is concerned in order to maintain fairness, less corruption, and control prejudices and biases in nature where many locals could fall victim to police at some time or other.

The RCIP have already proven to be a big farce where targeting and prosecuting high profile RCIPS top cops and even a local judge., These all sued the RCIPS and won their cases against the Police Comm and governor in Tempura I. So we expect the same results now where our former premier McKeeva bush is concerned.

We will read about this in the history books in decades to come; just how the British came in and destroyed our little nation of which we are so very proud..

God bless the Cayman Islands.
