Open 12-18 (preview trade days 12 and 13 November), the center, which offers a range of services for dealers, including a networking lounge and access to expert knowledge, is organised by the DLG (German Agricultural Society), German Agricultural Dealers Association (LandBauTechnik-Bundesverband) and the Association of European Machinery Dealers (CLIMMAR)

Over the seven days from 9:00 to 18:00, specialist service providers will be on hand to discuss subjects in-depth, including junior staffing, financing, haulage and forwarding, customs, valuation of used machinery, insurance and machinery auctions. The lounge area for dealers, business partners and customers is available, making the International Dealer and Service Center the ideal platform for maintaining and establishing new contacts, also with those, who are in the second-hand machinery trade.

Some 50 expected organisations in the second-hand machinery business, including retailers, dealer communities, second-hand machinery forums and service providers will be presenting their offering in hall 2, adjacent to the International Dealer and Service Center.

New: Focus on Further training in dealerships

This year, an information space is dedicated to the topic of “Further training in dealerships” which focuses on services for dealerships like training support on insurance, export and valuation of machinery, and is complemented by the practical “Workshop live“ event with its daily demonstrations of complex machinery repairs conducted live by mechanics.

The topic of further training has recently been the subject of CLIMMAR, which held workshops in September 2023 to encourage European education among agro-tech staff.

The keynote speaker Marek Rozniak, an agricultural machine dealer based in Poland and an importer and exporter of agricultural machinery products will explain how his company expanded internationally, including in Ukraine, a country that remains an important market for the business. He will present the challenges in his day-to-day business.

The International Dealers Lunch is the ideal addition to the ‘International Dealer and Service Center’. A fee of 95 Euro is required for attendance, with registration here https://www.agritechnica.com/en/programme/international-dealers-lunch

“We look forward to once again welcoming dealers and dealer networks to our enhanced International Dealer and Service Centre at Agritechnica 2023,” says Heinzbert Mies, project manager for Agritechnica’s dealership network.

“We planned it as a one-stop concept to cater specifically to machinery suppliers and their customers, offering them a unique global platform to meet industry peers from Germany and all over the world. With the dealer lunch, we are adding another networking point” concludes Mies

Located in Hall 2, which is the first hall visitors see when entering from the main entrance North, the International Dealer and Service is easy to find and has plenty of footfall.
