Torpedoed and lost at sea November 1942

 

This was shortly after Laddie obtained his Second Mates Licence at the age of 27 years. Confirmation of his loss was dated 16^th Dec. 1942 from EVAN THOMAS RADCLIFFE & CO. of Baltic House, Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff, Wales, UK. One of the many Caymanians lost during World War II.
