How to stay productive and healthy while working from home

The spread of coronavirus to different parts of the world is changing a lot of social and economic aspects in both work life and at home. The increased need for social distancing has made it necessary for employees to work from home. Working from home could be something you may have wished for, but those who have experienced it can confirm that it is not as easy as they thought. Find a Comfortable Location

Try to imitate how you go to work and leave in the evening by finding a comfortable spot that you will associate with work time. The position should be close to what you are used at work in terms of posture to avoid back pains and eye problems. Make sure that you are off the bed and the couch because the mind associates these two places with rest, and does also not give you the posture needed for a day-long concentration.

Have a Schedule

One of the major mistakes that people make is to change their office schedules when working from home. Keeping your regular waking up hours, having a shower and dressing up will shift your mind to “work mode”.
