Cayman: Public advised to be cautious of house calls

The Elections Office has received a number of concerns from members of the public that individuals are conducting a house-to-house survey relating to elections purportedly on behalf of the government.

The Elections Office wishes to clarify that these individuals do not work for or represent the Elections Office and that the survey is not sanctioned or authorised by the Elections Office.

The Elections Office encourages residents who encounter these types of home visits and feel at risk to report any suspicious activities to the police by calling 911.
