The traditional carol concert performed by Cayman National Choir and Orchestra at Elmslie Memorial Church, titled A Christmas Blessing, will break new ground. The concert will be streamed live across the Cayman Islands, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the Christmas music and traditional carols.

The performance by an eighty strong ensemble of singers and musicians will be streamed across the country by CIGTV, Radio Cayman, Big Fish Radio, Cayman Compass Facebook Live, Elmslie Memorial United Church YouTube channel, Cayman National Choir & Orchestra YouTube Channel, and the Cayman National Choir and Orchestra Facebook Pages. It will be broadcast on all the above channels at 7.30 pm on Thursday December 10.

“In this terrible time of Covid we may be one of the few countries in the world where a large choir is allowed to perform together to celebrate Christmas,” said musical director Sue Horrocks. “We in Cayman are indeed blessed, and we want to share this unique moment with people of all denominations, nationalities and ages across Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.”

The concert will take place at Elmslie Church at 7.30 pm on Tuesday December 8 and 7.30pm on Thursday December 10. It will be broadcast on all the above channels at 7.30 pm on Thursday December 10.
