BCQS ANNOUNCES STAFF CHANGE FOR BVI OFFICE

BCQS International, the leading Property and Development Consultancy of its kind in the Caribbean region and Latin America, today announced that Associate Director, Jennifer Dunn, who has been working for BCQS since April 2007, would be moving from the Barbados office to join the qualified team of BCQS professionals in BVI.

I am delighted to welcome Jennifer Dunn to our team,” says Ben Butler, BCQS Director based in BVI. “With her wealth of experience and expertise in the field of property investment and valuations, Jennifer has played a key role at BCQS in Barbados, managing the expansion and raising the quality standards of appraisal and valuation business in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. Jennifer will be the Associate Director responsible for valuations and appraisals, and given her experience, I am confident she will make a valuable contribution to our team.”

Prior to joining BCQS, Jennifer was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in London, which is the second largest real estate advisor in the world.  Jennifer worked as an asset/investment manager advising the two largest pension funds in the UK on their retail and Central London Office property portfolios.  Jennifer specifically focused on creating value for clients through pro-active asset management.

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Jennifer worked for St Martins Property Corporation Limited, which is the property investment arm of the State of Kuwait. Jennifer has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
