Armed robbery at Welly’s Cool Spot, George Town, Grand Cayman

At 11:14pm Thursday 26th December 2013 police received a report that at 11:01pm two (2) males entered the mentioned establishment and demanded cash from the cashiers.

One of the males was armed with a firearm.

A single shot was discharged. No injuries were reported.

The males stole an undisclosed sum of cash and left the premises on foot. They were last seen on Sound Way George Town.

The suspect are described as 6’1″ and muscular and 5’8″ and stocky respectively. At the time their faces were covered and they wore dark clothing.
