Antioch Fund Ltd. is in breach of failing to submit audited accounts for EIGHT years and not paying its annual registration fee to the Cayman Islands Government from 2007-2012. The company does not have a registered office in the Cayman Islands.

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has posted a Public Notice (see attached) that it may cancel at any time the Fund’s registration.
