Cerny was born on June 26, 1991 in Pennsylvania, United States and became known when she was awarded the Playmate title in October 2011.

Cerny says that she is a fitness fanatic and exercises every day. She even stated that she is addicted to yoga uploading photos of her to Instagram doing yoga.
