The Airport Service Quality Awards are the industry’s most prestigious accolades. The Awards recognize the airports which have achieved the highest passenger satisfaction ratings in the ASQ Survey – the world’s benchmark measure of airport excellence.

Guayaquil

First place for the ‘ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Guayaquil.

First place for the ‘2013 ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Cancun

Second place for the ‘ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Cancun.

Second place for the ‘2013 ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Cancun International Airport in Cancun, Mexico.

Montego Bay

Third place for the ‘ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Montego Bay.

Third place for the ‘2013 ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Nassau

Fourth place for the ‘ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Nassau.

Puerto Vallarta

Fifth place for the ‘ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Puerto Vallarta.

Fifth place for the ‘2013 ASQ Award for Best Airport in Latin America-Caribbean’ went to Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
