Almas Nizamidin, a Uyghur now residing in Australia, fled China in 2009 after facing persecution for taking part in a demonstration. His wife was arrested and detained in China in 2017 and hasn’t been heard from since. Almas is now urgently calling for a global boycott of the Olympic Games to avoid lending legitimacy to state-sanctioned genocide and forced labor. Read more…
