Royal Ascot Fundraiser

cioc250From Cayman Islands Olympic Committee

Please join the Cayman Islands Olympic Fundraising Committee “At the Races, Royal Ascot Style”, on May 30th 2014 at 7.pm @ LUCA restaurant. This Fundraising Event is in support of our local Athletes, who are preparing for the Commonwealth Games in Scotland, in July 2014 and the Summer Olympic Games in Rio, in 2016.

This fun filled Event is an opportune time to celebrate and have fun with friends and family, whilst embracing the opportunity to attend the Royal Ascot in June, a weekend in Vegas or South Beach, even an all day party at 12 Mile Bank on board the “Lagoon,” a 44’ Catamaran captained by none other than, Captain Alan Roffey. All proceeds raised will go to assist our Athletes in realizing their dreams, to be on the World Stage in Rio, in 2016.

The Event also offers an incredible dining experience that includes a choice of a white or a red wine selected just for you, while being entertained by the Man in Black, aka, Roy McTaggart, Frank Sinatra, aka Naul Bodden, Ray Charles aka Larry Cayasso and Paul McCartney aka Papi Connolly, some highlights of the evening.

For the tired Jockeys, after their race, just relax at the Rum Bar with your personal Cigar Roller or, the Champagne Station and watch the line-up of Ladies as they compete in an amazing and beautiful Hat Contest. So ladies, for this very special occasion, while having fun in your royal best, please, don’t forget the hat! A lovely prize is up for grabs for the most creative and most beautiful hat and we heard the competition is looking very good…
