Shook is the first in a series of lounge chairs inspired by the repetitive nature of an obsessive mindset. The viewer is invited to recline while contemplating the thoughts trapped in their head.

Referencing the Shaker’s simple approach to furniture design, Shook reinterprets the ladder back chair by multiplying a single component to excess – creating a visual glitch within a traditional handcrafted chair.
