Quick Maple-Glazed Baked Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (Atlantic, 5 oz each)

1/2 teaspoon salt

black pepper

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 lemon (for serving)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Rinse the salmon filets under cool water. Gently pat them dry with paper towels, then place on the baking sheet, skin side down.
