Reality star with Chicago ties kicked off cruise after alleged fight

Reality star Judith Jackson, who grew up in Chicago, was kicked off a Royal Caribbean cruise this week after getting into an altercation with her travel companion, cruise representatives said.

In an emailed statement, Royal Caribbean representatives said cruise officials met with Jackson, who is also known as “Judi Jai,” after an altercation Wednesday and “explained that her behavior was in violation of our guest conduct policy, which states ‘inappropriate or abusive behavior, including violence, is strictly prohibited.'”

Cruise officials made the decision to “disembark” Jackson, 26, on Wednesday in Falmouth, Jamaica, the next port of call, according to the statement.

Jackson told the Tribune in a message that she found out some information about her travel companion and “I chose to get off. The ship didn’t have another room for her.”

Jackson, who appeared on Season 7 of the “Bad Girls Club” and its spinoffs, posted Thursday on Twitter that she will be staying at least four nights in Jamaica.

“I’m good over here,” Jackson posted on Twitter with pictures of food and flowers.

The Freedom of the Seas cruise left Orlando on Sunday for stops in Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico. The cruise is set to arrive back in Orlando on Sunday, according to Royal Caribbean.

Meanwhile, Jackson is scheduled to appear Wednesday in a Markham court on charges of battery, resisting arrest and criminal damage to property stemming from a February incident in Country Club Hills, according to court records.

Jackson is accused of causing more than $300 in damage to a friend’s 2013 Honda Civic and iPhone 5.

After being advised she was under arrest, Jackson pushed an officer “in the chest with an open palm,” according to court records. Police say she “pulled her arms away aggressively and refused to place them behind her back after being told several times” by an officer she was under arrest.

Jackson told the Tribune in a message that her actions were in self defense. She said her lawyer plans to appear in court because she now lives in Georgia.
