From RCIPS

At about 12:50AM Sunday, 25 June, officers on patrol on North Church Street, in the vicinity of Kirk Market, observed what appeared to be an altercation between three men on the roadside. As officers approached, one of the men assaulted another and then fled the location on a bicycle.
