This adorable and delightful girl needs our help. Daisy was booked for spay surgery yesterday under our spay and neuter programme, but when she was collected for transport to Island Vet, the owner confirmed that he no longer wanted to keep her. Whilst at Island Vet being spayed, vaccinated and dewormed, she was heartworm tested and, sadly, Daisy tested positive.  We are therefore seeking a foster home for a period of approximately 4 months in order that Daisy can have her treatment and then be placed for adoption.  She is a sweet girl, approximately 5 years old and has lived in a household with small children and other pets, and just needs some TLC and a little space to recover whilst going through the treatment.
