Pamela Ebanks-Small named Cayman Islands Chamber Volunteer of the Year

From Chamber of Commerce’s Membership Appreciation & Elections, held last evening [Wed 21]

Pamela Ebanks-Small was recognized as the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year for 2018 at the Membership Appreciation and Elections held at the Wharf Restaurant yesterday (Wed, 21 November, 2018).

Ebanks-Small, Vice President of Sales at Logic, chaired the Chamber’s Leadership Cayman (LC) programme in 2018 and is a 2014 LC graduate. She currently serves on the LC Planning Committee and the LC Alumni Group. She is the mother of two and recently became organizer/director of the Miss World Cayman Islands pageant committee. She was crowned Miss Cayman Islands in 1992.

“There is a common saying that if you want to get something done, give the job or task to a busy person. Pamela Ebanks-Small is just such a person,” said Outgoing Chamber President Paul Byles during the presentation.

“Pamela accepted the responsibility of chairing the 2018 LC programme and did an outstanding job helping the class to have an outstanding experience that they will cherish forever. I am truly grateful for your unselfish service and sacrifice this year.”
