President Barack Obama’s got a job offer—and it’s from a law firm. No need to thumb through The Am Law 100, however; the leader of the free world’s legal suitor is slightly smaller and based in Dubai.

While the world watches and waits for what the 54-year-old president will do once his post-White House career begins on Jan. 20, 2017, Isa Bin Haider of Bin Haider Advocates & Legal Consultants leveraged social media platform Twitter this weekend to get a jump on recruitment efforts.

“President Obama I offer you a job in my office salary housing tickets and travel to Arab countries,” tweeted Bin Haider on Sunday. The lawyer also said the purported position would allow Obama “to get closely acquainted with the meaning of tolerance of Islam,” according to an English translation of another tweet by Bin Haider.

“A faction of the American and Western media has constantly profiled Islam as a religion of terror and categorized Muslims as terrorists,” said Bin Haider in an interview with the Gulf News about his public proposal to the president. “Well that is absolutely not true. Islam is a religion of tolerance, understanding, forgiveness and acceptance. … it is not a religion of terror and Muslims are not terrorists.”

Bin Haider, whose profile on professional networking site LinkedIn shows that he has had his own firm for the past 14 years, has more than 31,000 Twitter followers. He admitted that his offer to Obama was a “little bit weird,” according to translated tweets, but said it was important for the president to get “away from political theatrics which are being spearheaded by the U.S.”

Bin Haider added that once Obama leaves the White House early next year, making way for either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, the president could “work in my law firm and then he would come and live amongst Arabs and Muslims and learn the exact meaning of tolerance,” according to the Gulf News.

A request for comment sent to Bin Haider Advocates & Legal Consultants—which houses between 11 and 50 employees, according to LinkedIn—was not returned by press time. The firm’s website states that its lawyers work in areas “covering all natures and stages of litigation under various laws and before all judicial venues and otherwise.”

The White House press office also did not return a request for comment Tuesday.

Obama—a familiar face to Big Law—met future First Lady Michelle Obama while working as a summer associate at Sidley Austin three decades ago. A movie about the couple’s budding romance, “Southside With You,” will hit the big screen this summer. A Sidley spokeswoman declined to comment Tuesday on the president’s future job prospects.

A number of other top-ranked Am Law 100 firms contacted for this story either declined to comment or did not respond to inquiries about their interest in offering Obama a potential position. The Am Law Daily reported last summer on the names of several would-be presidents who went on to notable Big Law careers.

Earlier this year, Obama said that he intends to stay in Washington, D.C., post-presidency while his youngest daughter, Sasha, finishes high school. That alone, among other reasons, would likely preclude any law firm jobs in Dubai.
