Current Vacancies

Deputy Director (Operations & Administration)

The Deputy Director (Operations and Administration) will be responsible for the oversight of NGCI operations, ensuring that they comply with the strategic plan and ethos of the organisation as set by the Management Board and Director. They will deputise in the Director’s absence, remove day to day operational responsibilities from the Director and provide support and cover to the Director and NGCI as required.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing levels are maintained, taking the lead in developing policies and processes to guide both the office function and NGCI more generally, assisting the Director with annual budget development and other government reporting, coordinating volunteers to fulfill divisional requirements and ensuring a professional and efficient approach is maintained at all times.

Salary scale: CI$56,640 to CI$62,544. Application deadline: 28 June 2013
