Morritt’s resort announces ground breaking

Morritt’s Resort today announced the date for the ground breaking of the new Deluxe Oceanfront Building – ‘The Londoner’
The date set for breaking ground on the new project is Wednesday April 4th 2012.

The new building aptly named ‘The Londoner’ is dedicated to the London Olympics that will be taking place this summer during the construction. The building – will be a 5 story ocean front condominium building, offering 20 deluxe rooms, six of which will be two bedroom townhouses, ten will be luxury two bedroom apartments, and four super deluxe three
bedroom penthouses.

This marks another exciting phase of Morritt’s Vacation Ownership Resort & Spa for the developer David Morritt who plans to invest a total of $58M over the next 10 years.
