More people charged in Cayman Islands Immigration case

The Cayman Islands Anti-Corruption Commission have now filed criminal charges against twelve persons last week.

It is understood all the charges relate to cheat the Cayman Islands Immigration Department’s English language test for work permit holders.

All twelve persons will appear in Court on April 10th.

The 39-year-old immigration employee, who was arrested last year, has been released without charges being made.

Six of the twelve persons charged are Caymanian . The other six are from Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
