Labour Market Assessment – The future of Cayman jobs

The University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI), in collaboration with WORC and the Chamber of Commerce, is carrying out a Labour Market Assessment study in Cayman to better understand the factors affecting employers and employees across a variety of industries (See the https://www.ucci.edu.ky/resembid). This research aims to provide information that will enable Caymanian firms to optimally plan for their future jobs and labour force for improved productivity and growth. 

The research will include interviews with sector leaders and online surveys among employers and employees to gain insights into the opportunities and constraints in the labour market of the Cayman Islands. 

The study will be carried out by Market Research Services Ltd., a highly respected firm with over 40 years of experience conducting business and consumer research in the Caribbean region. No individual or company will be identified in the study. All survey data and information/sentiments disclosed will be anonymous and only be used for this research.
