Mr. Marzonie’s first assignment will be to join a team of professionals based in New Mexico supporting a multibillion-dollar investment to expand manufacturing operations for a leading technology company.

Mr. Marzonie has over 20 years of experience working with stakeholders to influence and deliver technical and commercial program excellence through collaboration, mentorship, change management, and a strategic vision to achieve critical success factors. He brings a unique perspective leveraging a diverse background from multiple global industries and best-in-class contractor & owner organizations. After studying aeronautical engineering and biological science, he earned a philosophy degree from the University of California, Davis, and has completed training from many highly accredited programs in risk management, project controls, and program management. He is also involved in a number of professional and advisory organizations.

As the Manager of Project Controls-Risk, Mr. Marzonie manages commercial and project risk from tendering through commissioning. He uses business and quantitative risk analysis to direct commercial contingency, cost, schedule, constructability, safety, and project risk guidance for significant investments in manufacturing advanced semiconductor packaging technologies.
