Ignition expands team across jurisdictions

Cayman Islands, Bermuda 30 October 2013:  Reflecting the growth of Ignition, the leading IT solutions provider has appointed three new talents to its work force. Julian Wojtecki has joined the Bermuda team as Managed Services Account Manager and Gary Jones and Jeff Hart have joined the Cayman office as Senior System Engineer and Regional Alliance Manager respectively.

Julian brings extensive experience in Datacenter, VOIP, Managed Services and Cloud Based Services, as well as over seven years’ experience in IT Enterprise Sales. Julian holds professional designations in eCommerce Management and MS Sales, in addition to being CISCO and Citrix Certified.   He will be working with Ignition’s customer base promoting Application and Virtual Desktop Hosting, Onsite and Remote Tech Support, Online Backup and Data Recovery Solutions, 7×24 Service Desk, Office 365 Migration and Management, Cloud Integration Services, Professional Services and Technology Outsourcing.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Gary Jones relocated to the Cayman Islands after gaining experience working in Australia, Canada and Malaysia.

Gary has over 13 years’ experience backed by a proven track record of the delivery, integration and support of IT Services for a diverse range of international clients. He is regarded as a UK Subject Matter Expert for cloud backup after delivering the largest WAN implementations of cloud backup solutions for Microsoft Products worldwide. He has built a solid reputation as a problem solver who can deliver in even the most critical of situations. Gary holds Technical Proficiencies in Relationship Management, IT Infrastructure and Support Services, IT Systems Implementation, IT Strategic Roadmap Planning and Virtualization, Consolidation and High Availability.

Jeff Hart will be responsible for the overall strategy development and execution of Ignition’s Core Technology Channel Program for the Caribbean, which is due to launch in January 2014.  Jeff brings to the table over 15 years of experience in sales and channel development within the telecommunications, managed services and cloud computing industries across broad industry sectors, including finance, higher education, legal, healthcare and hospitality.  “Ignition serves a market and a service that I am comfortable in,” said Jeff.  “I have been working in the Caribbean region for the last decade and am looking forward to extending Ignition’s reach far beyond its historical boundaries”.
