‘HE’S GONE!’ Man’s anguished cries as pal is gunned down outside Caribbean restaurant in west London

A MAN has been killed on a quiet street outside a west London restaurant after being shot in the head at close range.

The shooting, which took place last night at 9.30pm in Walham Grove, off North End Road, Fulham, led police to “swarm” the area, neighbours said.

Eyewitnesses said the victim was shot as he climbed into the passenger door of a grey Renault.

Local man Jorge Pardo said: “I heard a noise like a firecracker and then saw two guys running in different directions.

“I heard shouting and we went downstairs and there were people in the road calling the police.

“A moment later a black fancy car pulled up and one of the guys that I saw running away jumped out and ran over to the body.

“He desperately held the body and he was shouting ‘he’s gone, he’s gone’.

“He then shouted his namscreen-shot-2016-12-06-at-8-16-13-ame, but I couldn’t work out what it was. The body was still in the car.”

A manager at local restaurant Jerky’s told the London Evening Standard: “Two men came into the shop.
