An official ceremony on Wednesday, 7^th August marked the departure of former Governor Duncan Taylor, CBE and his wife Beatrice.

After saying goodbye to a line-up of government Ministers, officials and close friends, Mr. Taylor inspected the Royal Cayman Islands Police’s Guard of Honour before boarding their flight for the UK.

Acting Governor Franz Manderson, Premier Alden McLaughlin and other government officials were present, as were well-wishers in the gallery of Owen Roberts International Airport.
