More than ten pounds of ganja was found by a member of the public in Little Cayman.

A similar package was discovered in Cayman Brac in November. 

A spokesman for the RCIPS said: “On Monday 26th December a  parcel of Ganja which was wrapped in brown masking tape and weighed 11.5 lbs. was found on the  North Side of Little Cayman by a member of the public.  

“Police and Customs Officers subsequently conducted a search of the coastline, but no further contraband was found. A similar package of Ganja weighing 4.5 lbs. was found on the coastline of Cayman Brac on the 29/11/11.”
