Comic Crime Author Tim Dorsey Presents New Serge Storms Novel

“The undisputed king of the comic crime novel” (Providence Journal) is coming back to Books & Books! After leaving everyone in stitches with his hilarious presentation at the Camana Bay bookstore last March, Tim Dorsey returns to share the sixteenth instalment in his New York Times bestselling Serge Storms series, The Riptide Ultra-Glide, on Thursday, January 3, at 7pm.

Part of the Books & Books International Visiting Author Series, this free event is generously sponsored by Camana Bay.

About the Book

In this latest laugh-riot thriller, gloriously unrepentant yet endearingly lovable Florida serial killer Serge Storms comes to the rescue of a Midwestern couple who aren’t finding the Sunshine State quite as charming as he does.

When newly unemployed Wisconsinites Patrick and Barbara McDougal decide a vacation in Florida is just what they need to put life back on the right track, awful accommodations, a robbery, and a not-so-helpful police department make them rethink their decision to drown their troubles in paradise.

Luckily, charismatic (and crazy!) tour guide Serge Storms and his sidekick, Coleman, are up for another action-packed adventure in this outrageous crime thriller that Tim Dorsey fans won’t soon forget.

It’s always a wild ride when Dorsey’s at the wheel, and with The Riptide Ultra-Glide he delivers his most explosively hilarious Serge/Coleman escapade to date.

Select titles by Tim Dorsey are now available at Books & Books.
