Last year we started offering indoor air quality assessments for many homeowners like yourself. We developed this service (detailed below) to educate homeowners about indoor air quality, explore their home and concerns, and provide life changing solutions. We’ve done a handful of assessments since and every visit has empowered homeowners with the knowledge of what healthy air actually is and what the key areas for improvement are in their homes.

Some customers have taken the knowledge and implemented simple tips to improve their air quality by themselves. Others have made bigger investments for premium, long-term solutions that tackle major and minor deficiencies. And yet many others settle somewhere in the middle.

Every home is different and the health concerns your family have are unique. That’s why each assessment and solution is customised for your needs.

How does it work?

• First, you fill out a questionnaire so we know where to focus.
• Second, we do a brief review of the questionnaire on-site & establish what we want to achieve with the assessment.
• Next, we’ll conduct various tests and visual inspections which may include:
  • Particulate count
  • Relative humidity
  • Temperature levels
  • VOC levels
  • CO2 levels
  • Condition and operation of AC system
  • Thermostat settings
  • Condition of ductwork
  • Duct static pressure
  • Air leakage from system
  • An assessment of air filters
  • Inspect for air leakage from the building envelope
  • Assess exhaust vents and overall building ventilation.
• Then together we’ll go through the findings and build a game plan to tackle the key issues. You’ll be given options and an upfront price. There’s no pressure, you have the final say.
• Next, we execute the plan with respect for your property and high quality standards.
• Finally, we’ll schedule a follow up visit to review the effectiveness to ensure you are happy!

This assessment is usually $189 for central AC systems that have ducting. And $99 for ductless mini splits (wall-mounted units).  Now you can get $50 off. Have more than one AC?
