Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa’s! Seafire’s most popular restaurant, Ave, is featuring a new three course dining option for a limited time – 345 at Ave and The SPA at Seafire is offering special packages for the summer – Blissful Summer.

345 at Ave will feature three courses for only $45 from Ave’s Mediterranean menu which is inspired by seasonal, local ingredients. Guests can choose from any appetizer, entrée and dessert from the restaurant’s extensive menu that includes fresh catch and prime cuts of steak. 

Here are some favorites from each course on the 345 menu:

1. For appetizers, order the charcuterie board which features bayonne ham, prosciutto cotto, truffle mustard and tartufata toast.
2. The seafood as your entrée with the Island Snapper topped with plantain puree, feta cheese, avocado potato and scallion salsa.
3. With dessert options like sticky toffee cake covered with pineapple & chamomile gelato and crème brûlée topped with berries, ginger snap and a sorrel sorbet, each dessert is more delicious than the next.
