Cayman Islands wanted man turns himself in; Scheduled to appear in court Thu (30)

Yesterday, 29th March, shortly before noon, , who escaped from police custody on Tuesday, 21st March near West Bay Police Station, turned himself in at the .  At that time he was further arrested for escaping lawful custody and theft of government equipment.

Today, 30th March, he is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon on charges of burglary (arising from a burglary at Tortuga Bakery & Shop in West Bay on 20th of March), and taking a conveyance without authority.

The RCIPS commends Ebanks’ family members for their assistance in bringing him in.
