Cayman Islands Stock Exchange appoints Deputy Head of Listings and Compliance

15_01_20_eva_holt_csx_deputy_head_listings_complianceGeorge Town, Cayman Islands – The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange announced today [January 20 2015] that Ms Eva Holt has joined the Exchange as Deputy Head of Listings and Compliance, effective 5th January 2015. In this role, Ms. Holt assumes responsibility for supervising and processing listing applications and ensuring compliance among existing participants with the Exchange’s listing rules and procedures.

“Ms Holt maintains the long standing practice of having first class expertise available to all users of the Exchange to facilitate the listing process,” said Ms Valia Theodoraki, Chief Executive Officer, CSX. “Her experience, gained through her previous roles, and her specialised knowledge of corporate finance make her a welcome addition to the team as the Exchange continues to grow and diversify.”

Ms Holt brings extensive experience in servicing and providing listing services. She joins the CSX from Walkers’ Jersey office, where she was Head of Listings and a member of the Finance and Corporate Group. Prior to this, she was with Mourant’s Jersey office for five years.

“This is a good opportunity for me to further advance my experience in listing companies and structures on the CSX,” said Ms Holt. “I have seen continued interest in the Exchange and its capabilities throughout my career and look forward to contributing to its continued growth and development in my new role.”

Ms Holt is well known to leading international law firms, arrangers and corporate services providers through her previous roles. Originally from Poland, Ms Holt holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Bialystok, located in the Northeastern region of the country.
