The 47 year old male from Bodden Town arrested on 4 June 2015 following the hit and run collision with two pedestrians in late January outside the Savannah Primary School, on National Heroes Day has been charged.

The accused was charged around 1:00pm Thursday 2 July 2015 with;

1) Careless Driving

2) Leaving the scene of an accident

3) Using a vehicle with an expired license coupon

4) Using a vehicle without a certificate of roadworthiness

He was bailed to appear in court 13 July 2015.
